Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using LockZero, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Service Description
LockZero is a 100% offline digital vault to securely store passwords and notes using AES-256 encryption.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for: remembering your passphrase; maintaining secure backups; protecting your device.
No Reset
LockZero does not offer passphrase reset. If you forget your phrase and don't have a backup, the data will be inaccessible. This is intentional.
Limitation of Liability
LockZero is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from: forgetting the passphrase; loss or damage to device without backup; improper use of the application.
License
We grant a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use LockZero according to these terms. The Lite version allows limited use. The Premium version, after one-time payment, allows unlimited use.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
